Aircraft Structure Mechanic - This is a senior level position in assembly operations. Familiarity with shop routines and use of hand and power tools is required for this position. Perform assembly, installation, maintenance, layout, repair, or modification operations necessary to fabricate, join or otherwise manufacture aircraft lots, line and major assemblies, and sectional and complete aircraft. Perform layouts, fittings and rework operations, as required to meet production standards. Perform assembly operations with, or without, the use of production jigs and fixtures. Shear, file, tap ream, and drill, to close tolerances. Completes any and all structural rework, squawks, engineering orders, and shortages. Use a variety of hand and power tools and equipment. Work from blueprints, operation work orders/sheets, and verbal instructions.

Basic Qualifications:
High School or equivalent, minimum three (3.5) years experience plus vocational or similar training, including shop math to interpret and work from blueprints, electronic data, specifications, manuals, operations work sheets, and verbal instructions. Maintain required certifications. Maintain schedules and quality standards. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Lifting, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, grasping, holding, reaching, pushing and pulling are generally required to perform the functions of this position.


Avionics Technician - Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical areas.  Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.  Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.  Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format; uses predetermined methods, sequences, and setups to inspect or test specific equipment or product, making modifications and adjustments as necessary; performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Structure Mechanic - We are seeking dedicated professionals who can work with or without established planning documents and drawings to determine methods and sequence of hydraulic assembly, installation, repair, rework, and modification operations on pre-production, developmental, or production aircraft. Our systems mechanics lay out, locate, assemble, install, check out, and rework intricate hydraulic, fuel, or plumbing units and lines. They complete any or all hydraulic, fuel, or plumbing rework, squawks, E.O.s and shortages; make or conduct high pressure checks of completely installed hydraulic, fuel, or plumbing systems immediately prior to operational check-out. This includes operating test stand, installing hydraulic fluid, applying pressure, eliminating leaks, and making necessary repairs and adjustments.

Will use arithmetic involving decimals and fractions. Also determines correct locations, identity, and relationship of parts using templates, assembly jigs and holding fixtures. Drills, dimples, files, grinds, trims, countersinks, clamps and clecoes prefabricated parts together in established jig locations, following a well defined sequence of operations. Drills by hand or spacematic equipment, rivets and buck, repetitive type parts or assemblies that have been assigned to a specialized group, such as nut plate group, router group, squeeze group, drilling and riveting group, etc.

May do layout for drilling holes for nut plates, clips, etc.  Performs such work in other fields as is necessary to complete assignment. Follows verbal and written instructions and established procedures. Reads basic production work plans and blueprints. 

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3.5 to 5 years related experience.

Electrical Installer - Must be able to work with minimal oversight.  Must be able to complete the following tasks within schedule and cost: Assembles, installs, mounts and connect complex / intricate multi conductor, electrical cables, harnesses and component parts. Work from blueprints, work instructions and engineering specs, and verbal instructions.  Trim, strip and terminate wires connecting to end assembly

Basic Qualifications:
Four years of High School or equivalent vocational or similar training, including shop math to interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, manuals, and operation and work instructions. Maintain any/all required certifications.  Self Inspection System Level 2 authorization or a minimum of three years of electrical experience.
