Real Time Embedded Software Engineers - This position requires experience in a secure Linux real-time embedded environment using object-oriented design and analysis methodologies and C++. Experience with general Linux systems and networking real time software programming is required.  Experience with multicore processors is desired.  Knowledge of open standards such as CORBA (ACE/TAO) and DDS (OpenDDS) and their application is desired. Experience with secure programming is desired. Experience with SELinux and Security policy is desired.

Field Service Representative - Installation and configuration of HP – DL, ML, 9000, Rx models, SUN – 240 to E25K, T and M series models, DELL – 2950, R series, COMPAQ older models of DL and ML, DEC server systems, occasional printer repair. Must be proficient in the area of server hardware repair for HPUX, Proliant, Dell and Sun. MCP or equivalent Microsoft XP configuration, networking and file structure experience. Outlook 2003 configuration and file structure experience. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong customer and communication skills. Ability and experience working in a production datacenter environment preferred. Shift will be a rotating schedule including standby duties.

Successful candidate should exude confidence in delivery of service with a strong sense of urgency. Must have excellent customer skills and be highly customer-centric in all communications.

Must be able to properly and accurately complete all administrative requirements timely and accurately.

PC/Network Support - Provides technical support for computers and associated networks. Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexes, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors. Provides personal computer, hardware, and software support. Installs, services, and repairs personal computers and installs attendant software. Connects personal computers and terminals to existing data networks. Maintains trouble logs in Peregrine ticketing system. Instructs users in the use of personal computers and networks. Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases.

Performs basic PC, PBX, and network software programming. Majority of task are basic hardware/software break-fix. Tasking can also include conference and multimedia room setups.

Must have available transportation to support remote sites.

Network Administrator - Responsible for supporting and maintaining the existing LAN/WAN infrastructure in an operations center environment. Individual will be responsible for identifying and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, conducting throughput analysis, network problem solving, assisting with network infrastructure planning and design, recommending networking systems security controls, and participating in various networking projects intended to improve/upgrade the network infrastructure. The individual will also be involved with handling technical help desk support calls.

Must have knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003 administration; IIS version 6.0 administration, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Outlook clients (i.e. OWA, OE, Outlook 2003)

Other knowledge includes mirroring and disaster recovery , DNS, PC Diagnostics, advanced Windows XP troubleshooting, switches, router and firewalls. The individual must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner, creative, analytical thinking, resourceful, and able to work independently, but also take direction from senior team members. U.S. citizenship is required. A BS degree in technical field (Computer Science or IT related fields) and 3+ years of related technical and programming experience is required. Industry Certifications and knowledge of scripting languages are a plus.
