Unless you have more than 10 years of experience, your résumé should be no longer than one page. Use a simple layout.

Administrative - The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and administrative skills which will be useful in interacting with internal and external customers.  Make new files, file, inventory of office supplies, answer phones, and take messages, miscellaneous office related tasks. 

May perform a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

An extensive working knowledge of MS Office Suite of tools, especially MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.


Human Resource Assistant - The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and administrative skills which will be useful in interacting with applicants seeking employment on site. Candidate will be required to assist prospective applicants as they apply online at onsite computer kiosks and will handle normal flow of in-processing paperwork, specifically entering personnel hire data into the mainframe Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment, compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.

Typical Minimum Education / Experience:
High School and 2 years additional education and/or experience
